Join us for an unforgettable bike ride around the beautiful Stanley Park, with a stop at Third Beach for the energetic Tuesday Drum Circle. Prices will depend on the number of people requiring rentals, but it would be around $25 per person for those who are renting and free for everyone who has their own bike. After Stanley Park, we will likely continue to Cactus Club restaurant in English Bay for dinner. For those looking for a bigger bike ride, there is a great route around Vancouver that takes you all the way out to Kitsilano Beach. If started early enough, this could be done in the morning before the late afternoon Stanley Park/Seawall Bike Ride.

2. Sign me up for an afternoon in Deep Cove (Wednesday, August 6) *

It'll all start with a quick trip up Quarry Rock. A moderate hike that ends with a stunning view back into Deep Cove. The loop is 3.9km in length, taking approximately one hour and thirty minutes return to complete, depending on pace. After the hike, we'll fuel up with a quick stop into the famous Honey's Donuts - a must try! Then we're onto the main event. Spend two or three hours kayaking in the stunning Deep Cove Inlet! Single and double kayaks available depending on group size. Approximately $65 per person. If you would like to visit Deep Cove but are not interested in either activity, there are an assortment of shops and restaurants to check out as well as a beautiful park/beach.

3. Sign me up for a Grouse Mountain Adventure (Thursday, August 7) *

Known as the Peak of Vancouver, join us for an afternoon on the mountain. We challenge you to start this adventure off by testing out the Grouse Grind, commonly referred to as Mother Nature's Stairmaster. A 2.5km trail with an 800 meter elevation gain totaling 2,830 steps. It takes approximately 2 hours to complete. At the summit, we can enjoy all the mountain has to offer: the Grizzly Bear Habitat, Lumberjack Show, Birds in Motion, Peak Chairlift, etc. On the way down, we will take the Skyride. An unforgettable 1-mile Gondola down the mountain side.

4. Sign me up for a quick swim in Lynn Canyon (Friday, August 8)

Friday will be a busy day but we want to start the day off right! Join us for a quick dip in the 30-Foot Pool! Access to this swimming hole is very easy, only a 15 minute walk through the forest, across the the spectacular Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge.
